Company Profile    Professional Health Consulting Services, Inc. is a consulting business owned by Marjorie (Marge) Patzer MS, RN and Jerilyn (Muffy) Ratto MPH, RN, NHA. Our business provides professional and innovative clinical services to Senior Living, Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care and Psychiatric Facilities. We are dedicated to helping others maximize leadership, management and clinical potential for profitability, compliance with regulatory agencies, resident quality of care and quality of life.    During the last 10 years, we have assisted many Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care team members with developing, reviewing and revising policies and procedures and monitor tools. Consequently, we thought it would be helpful to share our efforts with other colleagues in the industry. Our manuals are user friendly, based on Title 22 regulations, OBRA, CDC, OSHA and JCAHO standards and will assist you in maintaining compliance with surveys and improving resident, family and staff satisfaction.
